I literally finished this project the day we were packing the truck to move. I procrastinated so long, that I actually didn't have the time to assemble the finished project. So I handed all the pieces over to my SIL and she got it done.
EAT seems to be the thing to put in your kitchen right now. You've seen my version, which I still need to adjust. But this isn't about me, my wonderful sis-in-law wanted something for her kitchen. Together we came up with the idea for her EAT, and thought it may add a touch of something to have it framed.
So I gathered my supplies and went to work. I covered the letters in the paper my SIL picked out. Bought some beadboard at home Depot and had them cut it to size for me. Bought the frame at Goodwill, sanded it down and painted it. I finally got around to painting the beadboard before everyone showed up to pack the truck.
I believe the credit should be given to my brother-in-law for gluing the beadboard in the frame and attaching the letters. I thought it turned out really cute.
