EAT

I was inspired after seeing it in somone else's kitchen and then again on the show Cougar Town. I loved the word EAT hanging. Although I don't have a ton of wall space in my kitchen, I had one little nook that was crying out for some attention.

I knew the green and blue papers were perfect for my kitchen right from the get go, and then after deciding to add orange, this is what I came up with.

I'm not entirely convinced I love the combination yet, but they are up and I can look at them this weekend and decide whether they stay or go.
I think part of what I am not liking is the black distressing ink I decided to use on the edges. It kind of ruined it for me. Anyone have an opinion? I might have to re-do them. Hmmmmmmm...

  2. I like them too. I like the distressed edges. Gives them the 'done' look. Again, might have to copy!! Oh, I was in Utah a month ago and in Hobby Lobby they have letters like these but they were in a really cute font. I hear they have them online!
