Pillow Talk

No no, not that kind of pillow talk!
So I finally finished my pillow covers. My other ones were SO disgusting and SO green. I've had fun adding some life to my color scheme. I was lucky to find some great fabric at a great price (I love Joann's coupons)and to be able to re-use my old pillow inserts. I love how such a simple change can make a difference in a room!

I had to play with the measurements a little, but by the third pillow I had it right! You know what they say, third time's a charm!

I LOVE THEM! And now I don't have so many pillows cluttering the couch leaving no place to sit.

I decided to use velcro, so I could take the covers on and off easily to wash if necessary. I thought this would be super simple since my sewing skills are limited. But at the end of the day, I think the velcro was just as much work as a zipper would have been.
