Happy Monday everyone!
So I have found the funnest new thing for girly hairbows! Although, they can be used on mommy headbands or pinned on clothing! I'm thinking of making some to go on my new pillows.
Thank you "Get Your Craft On" and "Every Crafty Endeavor" for the tutorials! (I posted the links at the bottom.) So I pulled out my sewing machine from the VERY bottom of my craft closet and literally dusted it off. Found some ribbon I had sitting around and went to it! You'll find that one of the tutorials called for hot glue, and the other stitching. I went the hot glue route of course, seemed faster and easier to me and the fact that I am no good with a needle and thread. Just watch out for the hot glue on your fingers! YIPE! I attached some alligator clips to the back and I was in business.
They're not perfect...YET, but they are worthy to be worn in Sadie's hair. I need to get my hands on some bigger bling for the centers, I just used what I had on hand. And the brown one DEFINITELY needs a new center, the button is SO NOT doing it for me, but I wanted to get them photographed and up.
Check out the tutorials and try one yourself. They are quick and super easy.
