Father's Day

Father's Day is right around the corner!
I made a few cards. I saw this style and thought they were the cutest. I just used some Scraps I had. Fun!

I found this free printable and knew I wanted to make it for my father-in-law. I printed it out, painted the wood and tacks and ModPodged over it.

Tweet Tweet!

Another project finished!
Another SIL wanted some baby shower invites. She found this pic online and wanted them in the similar fashion with the cute little birdie!

This is what I came up with! I love it!

30 invites later, they are DONE!

Birthday Prep

Having fun preparing for a good old fashion birthday party! Nothing fancy, just fun party games and cupcakes. Including Pin the Candle on the Cupcake!

I saw this on another blog, sorry that I can't give credit to them. They made this one out of felt, but I avoid sewing at all costs. Give me some paper and foam board and let me make the magic happen!

I made the candles from craft foam stuff. (The technical name escapes me at the moment).

Here are the invites I made. I decided to avoid a theme this year, but went in the direction of cupcakes.

Should be a blast tomorrow!

Gobble Gobble!

Hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving! We enjoyed spending time with family! I volunteered to make place cards this year for dinner. I was inspired by some I had seen on the web. Everyone loved them!

"Libby's" Birthday Present

I wanted to make something cute and personalized for my niece's birthday. I started with a card. Cute little birdies seem to be the current trend, so I couldn't resist!

Next, I found an unfinished MDF frame at Michaels for $1. SCORE! Covered with some cute paper and WALA! I love how the picture area is slanted.

I think she liked it.
